Thanks for shopping with HIYRPOWER! Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets from our door in Santa Rosa, California to yours.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. We ship most orders out on weekends too: USPS picks up and delivers Monday through Saturday (no Sunday service), so weekend orders get moving quickly. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Shipping rates

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Economy – $6.90 flat rate: a simple flat rate for most orders. Orders over 5 lb ship for a $19.90 flat rate.
USPS Ground Advantage – calculated at checkout: a live rate from USPS based on your order's weight and destination, plus a $1.50 handling fee.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and peak-season volume can occasionally add time, and we appreciate your patience when that happens.

Tracking your order

Every order ships with tracking. You'll find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, reach out and we'll look into it.
